How long does it take to deliver my package ?

Depending on time,date of ordering and destination, products are delivered 1 to 3 days after payment.
Goods can be delivered on weekdays only, no deliveries on saturday or sunday.

What are the delivery rates or cost for post and packaging ?

The delivery rates depend on the destination :

BE: 5.95€, free of charge on orders of 105€ and up
NL, LUX: 6.95€, free of charge on orders of 105€ and up
other countries: 14.95€, free of charge on orders of 199€ and up

Are all products delivered from stock ?

All items offered on Happy Rider's website are in stock unless otherwise specified. Products temporarily out of stock can not be ordered.
We don't want to keep you waiting for your package.

Are Happy Rider balance bikes safe to use ?

Our bikes are designed, manufactured and tested according to European directives and comply with the following toy safety standards :
EN71-1: 2005 Mechanical and physical properties, mechanical integrity
EN71-2: 2006 Flammability
EN71-3: 1994 + extensions A1:2000 & AC:2002 Migration of certain elements, toxicity

All of this means the balance bikes we offer are safe to be used by children and fulfill all requirements on toy safety.

Do your products come with warranty ?

All products have a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Defects arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations or misuse are not covered by this warranty.

I changed my mind, can I return the goods I bought ?

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made online and return the goods within seven working days after delivery. 

This right applies only to products which have not been used and are returned to Happy Rider in their original packaging. If you decide to cancel your purchase within this seven days cooling-off period you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items. Returned items will be refunded by Happy Rider within a period of maximum 30 days following the cancellation.

Do you keep or store any personal information from customers?

Except your name, address and ordering data necessary to be able to deliver the goods no information is kept or stored.
Data needed to make the payment, i.e. credit card numbers or account numbers, can not be stored by Happy Rider because the transactions are processed through Ogone's secured network and servers. Happy Rider does not even have access to this data.
